I'm not comparing minato himself to haku but the speed difference. When naurto and sasuke fought haku, haku was so fast, they couldn't even see him.

And even after sasuke unlocked his sharinagan, he could barely even see haku, let alone keep up with him. And as for neji. All I'm saying is, just because you are faster does not ensure you will win. Prime example Rock Lee Versus Gaara.

Rock lee was easily anywhere between 10x and 100x faster then gaara. Yet gaara won. Now i know gaara is a bit of a special situation, but the point is it is not always about speed. Especially when the slower ninja is a ninja like jiraiya. Not only is jiraiya a legendary Sanin. He has unlocked sage mode, has a variety of jutsu, some of which I'm sure even minato hasnt seen yet. And lets face it, this is not the first time he has faced an opponent faster then him.

I'm not saying he would flat out win, but he sure has a chance if he plays it smart and doesn't just fall face first into one of minato's resengans. But in the end even i think minato would take it atlas 6/10.
