I had a suspicion and it was right. Installed both games and. Pacific Liberation Force () and Helicopter Strike Force () are same games. HSF is from Masque Publishing and has French also included. Also the loading screen logo is overpainted, and thats it regarding differences. The original title is Pacific Liberation Force.

It's listed in as 'Partial Conversion', which imho is a bit of a misnomer. I'd use Official Free Add-on Platoon Leader or Platoon Leader Expansion Pack. If my suggestion goes through, should be edited as well. BTW!, can anyone give me a hint how to run Platoon Leader with Eduke32?
